| ADOPT-A-STREET LITTER CONTROL PROGRAM | The City of Poplar Bluff is pleased to introduce its Adopt-A-Street Program. This program is designed to promote a volunteer spirit and instill pride in the City. Citizens, organizations, church or civic clubs will be able to work with the City by adopting a section of a roadway and agreeing to keep it clean. | BULKY TRASH PICKUP | The City of Poplar Bluff is pleased to announce the start of a new Bulky Item Pickup to help residents that are not able to dispose of large items such as refrigerators, stoves, washers/dryers, and large furniture. The tags are $20 and entitles you to four bulk items. Tires may be collected for a charge of $3 per tire with a limit of four. No construction materials (lumber, drywall) or small items such as trash bags or regular household items will be picked up. All City residents are still required to have trash service. Tags may be purchased from the City Collector's Office at 501 Vine Street, Poplar Bluff, between the hours of 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and is only for City residents - no commercial property.. A list must be turned in when purchasing your ticket and Items must be placed at the curb 48 hours before the pickup. |

Entrance will be off of Cedar Street (watch for signs) and off street parking is available on Cedar Street as well. Parking is also available Black River Coliseum parking lot across the street. |
