REQUEST FOR BIDS

The City of Poplar Bluff Fire Department is seeking sealed bids for a roof restoration project for Fire Station 3 located at 507 Highway 53, Poplar Bluff, Missouri.

Specifications for this construction project may be obtained by contacting Fire Chief Mike Moffitt at 300 South Broadway, Poplar Bluff, Missouri, 63901, 573-686-8674, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.

The City of Poplar Bluff, by its authorized representatives, shall reserve the right to reject any or all quotations, to select the lowest or best bid and to make decisions that they deem beneficial to the City of Poplar Bluff. The City of Poplar Bluff intends to give preference to competitively priced merchandise and products which are manufactured in the United States whenever possible; however, all quotations will be considered.

 Sealed bids should be delivered to the office of the City Clerk, 501 Vine Street, Poplar Bluff, Missouri, no later than 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 9, 2023.  The envelope should be clearly marked BID ON FIRE STATION NO.  3 ROOF RESTORATION PROJECT.
