Separate sealed bids for the PB Golf Course Spillway, to serve the Poplar Bluff Parks & Recreation will be received by the S.H. Smith & Company Engineers at 901 Vine St. Poplar Bluff, MO 63901, until 10:00 am, on Thursday, February 15, 2018, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.

The project shall consist of replacing the existing spillway on the #2 Hole pond and miscellaneous improvements to the surrounding area.

The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids. Each Bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount, form, and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. No Bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the bid opening.

The Sponsor hereby notifies all bidders that this contract is subject to applicable labor laws, non-discrimination provisions, wage rate laws and other federal laws including the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938. The Work Hours Act of 1962 and Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 also apply.
