Details of the Plan
By Missouri State law the City of Poplar Bluff is required to have a Comprehensive Plan to guide development. The current Comprehensive Plan was adopted at the June 2, 2008 City Council meeting. Below you will find the full text and all maps in the Plan. Below is also a copy of the citizen survey that was used in developing the plan.

City Staff will now begin the process of implementing the provisions of the plan.
