Residential Housing Advisory Board
The Residential Housing Advisory Board was created for the purpose of promoting and protecting residential neighborhoods in the City of Poplar Bluff. Meetings are held the second Thursday of the month at 5:00 p.m.

The Land Clearance for Redevelopment Authority Board's duties are to redevelop blighted or unsanitary areas for residential, recreational, commercial, industrial or for public uses in the City of Poplar Bluff. This board meets annually on the 2nd Tuesday in January with special meetings called as needed.
